Terms of Shipment

We send insured packages by international working shipping service partner - as DHL or DHL UPS. Our MOQ is about €100. 

Shipping costs for German delivery and shipments into European Union - €6,95 for order value more than €200 FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs into European Union abroad - €9,95 for order value more than €500 FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs into other countries - €19,95 for order value more than €1000 FREE SHIPPING

*Taxes, duties and customs for shipments into the European Union with own taxes number, into European Union abroad and into all other countries have to be paid by the customer. They will not be billed by us and have to paid separately.

When the shipment can not be delivered or the parcel will return to us, we can not send back any payment. Additional costs have to be paid by the buyer. Please check your invoice and shipping adress before the items will leave our stock to mend returns.

When will my order be shipped?

We produce and ship all orders within 3-6 weeks when payment received. We offer also partial shipment for ready items, but we will ship nothing without confirmation. All parcels will be insured and can be tracked by number.

Your order will be packed in labeled and barcoded bags with item number, specification, and quantity with bubble wrapped to ensure maximum security.

How long is the shipment time?

The time depends on which place you are. Further, please take care that there are no complications at your local customs department to avoid delays during the customs clearance. Shipments to Germany needs around 1-2 working days when items left our stock. Deliveries into the European Union and into other countries may have a shipping time of 4-7 working days.
