If your item has a manufacturing defect in materials, workmanship or shipped in error, please notify us by email with photos of the product, labeled package, order number, item number and the quantity within 5 days of receiving the shipment. We will decide whether a return shipping is required. In case of justified complaints you can choose to be given a credit note or replacement of products with your next order.
Without our notification, goods return will NOT be accepted. When returning a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet our conditions, we will not accept the return or the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
At first, please check if the carton package is broken, then you should take a photo of the carton package and send it to the logistics to ask for breakage claim. If the carton package is fine, please refer to our return policy.
